£34,649 + £4,500 Shift Allowance | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | 38.5 hrs avg

A leading energy and services contractor, part of a global industrial group, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join the team delivering building services maintenance within a busy hospital environment in Isleworth.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, career development and the chance to work within a critical healthcare setting.

Key Duties:

• PPM & reactive mechanical maintenance

• Working on HVAC, pumps, AHUs, BMS interface

• Emergency response & breakdowns

• Compliance tasks and documentation

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Mechanical

• Experience within commercial or healthcare FM

• Comfortable working shifts
