Shift Engineer

Are you an accomplished Shift Engineer with inspirational leadership skills who can plan and allocate work and supervise others. In this role not only will you be contributing to the development of your team and ensuring safe working practices, but you''ll still get the opportunity to work in a "hands on" capacity too!At Saint-Gobain Glass we''re seeking a supervising Shift Engineer with an electrical bias to support the ongoing maintenance, repair, improvement, and development of site plant and services while supervising a team of 2 Engineers. You and your team will be working through scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, conducting installation works, performing continuous improvement activities and contributing to site projects.This Shift Engineer role is part of the maintenance team.
