You will maintain critical building plant, execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and respond to reactive faults or site engineering emergencies to ensure zero downtime. This role requires a calm manner under pressure, a flexible attitude to overtime for holiday cover, and the ability to pass a strict security check. Key Responsibilities Critical Maintenance: Carry out routine PPM and reactive maintenance on building infrastructure, complex mechanical/electrical plant, and dual-fed critical systems. Emergency Response: Diagnose faults and respond rapidly to Building Management System (BMS) alarms, executing emergency repairs and escalating hazards as needed. Safety & Subcontractor Compliance: Issue and manage Permits to Work. Prepare and adhere to RAMS, follow industry ACOPs, and supervise on-site engineering subcontractors.
