At present, we''re managing 11,000 homes across 12 luxury residential developments in London and are in search of a Shift Engineer to join us at Pan Peninsula and Wardian in contributing to our vision. Important to note Hours: 7:00 - 19:00 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 Location: E14, South Quay - Canary Wharf Contract: 40 hpw/permanent Salary: £45,000 - £46,000 What you''ll do To identify and diagnose faults and carry out remedials, adjustments and other maintenance works accordingly. Perform required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule. Have a flexible approach in respect of other skills or contractors to ensure the most cost-effective outcome. To carry out other skilled tasks in which competence has been clearly demonstrated. To monitor plant and to record data using the supplied systems. To achieve the highest standard of plant and equipment efficiency by making sure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the set instructions. To keep all service areas, plant rooms, storage cupboards and workspaces well maintained and tidy.
