Starting salary of £36,500 Salary increase to £51,000 following successful completion of probation Rotating shift pattern Excellent benefits package Annual KPI-related bonus Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career progression within a growing manufacturing environment Ledbury Area £36,500 Rising to £51,000 After Successful Probation The Role Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to breakdowns and undertaking fault diagnosis Supporting continuous improvement projects Producing accurate maintenance reports and root cause analysis Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime Supporting installation and maintenance of site equipment and utilities Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards Liaising with external contractors, suppliers and OEMs Assisting with the training and development of colleagues About You Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Previous manufacturing experience Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Knowledge of PLCs, inverter drives and pneumatics Proactive and solution-focused approach Good IT skills including Excel and Word Strong communication and teamwork skills This is an opportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
