This role would suit an experienced electrical maintenance engineer with a strong manufacturing background. You ll work closely with engineering and production colleagues to keep plant running safely, resolve breakdowns and tackle the causes of recurring faults.The Role Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs and planned preventative maintenance.Maintain AC and DC motors, with fault finding on variable speed drives.Provide mechanical maintenance support within your experience.Use root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide clear shift handovers.Follow safe working practices throughout all maintenance activities. About You Engineering qualification at NVQ Level 3 or above.At least five years relevant electrical and mechanical engineering experience.An electrical engineering apprenticeship, ideally within manufacturing.Practical experience of root cause analysis and AC and DC motors.A fundamental understanding of variable speed drives.A calm, practical approach to problem ..... full job details .....
