Shift Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: West SussexType: PermanentShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) SRG are currently seeking a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a successful and growing client based in West Sussex. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maximising plant availability and reliability. You''ll ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard while contributing to ongoing engineering and process optimisation projects. Key Responsibilities:Deliver high operational availability and an efficient breakdown response serviceDiagnose equipment faults and complete effective repairs within minimal downtimeDevelop and execute a programme of preventative maintenance and inspectionsMaintain accurate records and identify recurring issues to drive long-term technical solutionsComplete minor maintenance tasks and equipment adjustmentsWork collaboratively with external contractors on specialist maintenance and repairsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and stay up to date with relevant legislation. Requirements:NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or an equivalent qualificationStrong electrical maintenance experience within an industrial, manufacturing or process environment.
