We are actively hiring a skilled Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role with an industry-leading FM service provider, managing prestigious flagship buildings in Central London. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance on a fixed shift rotation.

The Role At a Glance:

• Salary: Highly competitive salary up to -48,000 Per Annum
• Location: Static Role in Central London
• Schedule: Continental Shift (4 days on, 4 days off) covering Days and Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform critical planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of essential building systems, including:

• Electrical Fault Finding
• UPS and Distribution Boards
• Generator & Fire/Emergency Light Testing
• Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs/FCUs

Requirements:

• C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition
• Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience preferred).
