      <description>Location: Bridge of Allan | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Electrical Engineers  required for a well established manufacturing client based in the Stirling area.   These are permanent positions working shifts based on a 5-shift rota (average 38 hours/week, 18 shifts over a 35-day cycle)   Role &amp; Responsibilities:   	 Electrical maintenance support across site 	 Planned and preventative maintenance using CMMS 	 Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians 	 Resolve unplanned breakdowns right first time 	 Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate shift reporting    Skills &amp; Experience:   	 HNC in Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience) 	 Completed 4-year recognised apprenticeship (essential) 	 Strong skills in PLCs, HV/LV systems, fault finding &amp; isolation   	 Strong communicator and team player 	 Excellent problem-solving ability 	 Positive, proactive leadership approach      Full details of the  Electrical Engineer  role are available on application.
