This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor or team leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of the operation.As Shift Coordinator, you will support the Shift Controller with the day-to-day running of the production department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. You will lead and motivate a team of production operatives while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Key Responsibilities-Support the Shift Controller with the daily management of production operations.-Lead, motivate and supervise production operatives to achieve production and quality targets.-Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times.-Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet production plans and customer demand.-Deliver shift briefings and communicate production priorities to the team.-Monitor operator performance, providing coaching, training and support where required.-Ensure production processes and work instructions are followed correctly.-Troubleshoot production issues and escalate maintenance concerns to ..... full job details .....
