Working alongside the Hub Management Team, you''ll help coordinate a large temporary workforce, ensuring every shift is fully staffed, workers are supported throughout their assignment, and the operation runs safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and supporting people, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be Doing As a Shift Coordinator you''ll be responsible for the smooth running of your allocated shift, including: Managing the attendance of temporary workers. Signing workers in and out each shift. Managing no-shows, lateness and absence. Contacting replacement workers to maintain staffing levels. Supporting new starters and ensuring they settle into their roles. Carrying out regular welfare checks with temporary workers. Supporting payroll by ensuring attendance records are accurate. Completing shift reports and communicating key updates during handovers. Helping to deliver workforce targets across a 24/7 operation.
