Role Overview   The Shift Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the temporary workforce, ensuring associates are supported and operational requirements are met across both day and night shifts. Acting as the first point of contact for associates and client stakeholders, the role focuses on attendance management, employee relations support, scheduling, payroll, holidays and general workforce coordination.   Key Responsibilities    Support associates with assignment-related and employee relations queries.  Manage holiday requests and maintain accurate holiday records.  Process payroll information and resolve pay-related queries.  Monitor attendance, lateness and absence levels.  Manage sickness reporting and conduct return-to-work interviews.
