Shift CoordinatorLocation: Office Based HampshireShift Pattern: 2 Days / 2 Nights per week (Full Time) Up to 15.43 per hour.Role OverviewThe Shift Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the temporary workforce, ensuring associates are supported and operational requirements are met across both day and night shifts. Acting as the first point of contact for associates and client stakeholders, the role focuses on attendance management, employee relations support, scheduling, payroll, holidays and general workforce coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport associates with assignment-related and employee relations queries.Manage holiday requests and maintain accurate holiday records.Process payroll information and resolve pay-related queries.Monitor attendance, lateness and absence levels.Manage sickness reporting and conduct return-to-work interviews.Create and maintain shift schedules to meet client requirements.Fill short-notice absences and support workforce planning activities.Conduct associate welfare checks and engagement activities.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.Build strong working relationships with associates, the client and internal stakeholders.Provide shift handovers and operational updates.Support onboarding, inductions and recruitment activities when required.Produce and maintain workforce reports and metrics.Deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring operational continuity.Skills and ..... full job details .....
