Shift Assistant Estate Manager West Midlands - Birmingham £44,000 - £50,000 + 22% Shift Allowance Brief Shift Assistant Estate Manager needed for a large, well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Birmingham who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Shift Assistant Estate Manager that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of collaborating with the other AEM''s to provide an efficient and cohesive service across the Estate and managing the day-today performance of the relevant shift team. The successful candidate would have the relevant qualifications in either Electrical - i.e. Level 3 in Electrical Installations, 18 Edition and AM2 or Mechanical - i.e. City and Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or Pipefitting. etc. and have a keen interest in Estate Management. If you have commercial experience in a hospital setting that would be a plus!
