The successful candidate would have the relevant qualifications in either Electrical - i.e. Level 3 in Electrical Installations, 18th Edition and AM2 or Mechanical - i.e. City and Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or Pipefitting. etc. and have a keen interest in Estate Management.
