Offering a competitive salary of 40,000 to 45,000, company pension, medical cover, 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional day''s holiday after two years'' employment and every year thereafter up to 30 days, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with genuine career development opportunities.As a SHEQ Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the organisation''s safety, health, quality, environmental and compliance systems. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to promote a positive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesConduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and investigations.Support managers with safe systems of work, policies and procedures.Monitor incidents, non-conformances, corrective actions and compliance performance.Support the Quality Management System and internal audits against ISO 9001.Assist with environmental inspections, sustainability initiatives and ISO 14001 requirements.Monitor regulatory changes, compliance registers, accreditations and external audits.Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and guidance on SHEQ matters.Produce monthly performance reports and maintain accurate records.About youWe are looking for a proactive SHEQ Officer with experience in a Health, Safety, Quality, ..... full job details .....
