SHEQ Manager - Wrexham

We''re looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality activities at our Wrexham site. In this key role, you''ll provide expert advice and guidance to site management, ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with legal requirements and Tradebe''s policies and procedures.Working closely with operational teams, you''ll drive a positive SHEQ culture, maintain robust management systems and support continuous improvement to ensure the site consistently achieves the highest standards of safety, environmental performance and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) culture across the site.Manage hazard identification, risk assessments and process safety activities, ensuring risks are reduced to ALARP standards.Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation, permits and company policies.Oversee site SHEQ management systems, including audits, inspections, emergency planning and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead incident, accident and near-miss investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.Manage contractor safety, site inductions and SHEQ training to maintain a competent and compliant workforce.Oversee occupational health programmes, including COSHH, health surveillance, noise, vibration and other statutory monitoring requirements.Monitor environmental ..... full job details .....
