This is a senior role covering pre-construction, live projects and company-wide compliance. The successful SHEQ Manager will work closely with directors, contracts managers and site teams, promoting a practical and collaborative approach to safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve SHEQ systems, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Support Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions. Prepare and review Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments and SHEQ documentation. Carry out site inspections and audits across UK projects. Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
