They are seeking an ambitious and commercially aware HSEQ Manager to lead the company''s HSEQ strategy, drive continuous improvement, and champion a positive safety culture across the business.This is a unique opportunity to become the most senior Health and Safety professional within the organisation, reporting directly to senior leadership and influencing business-wide standards, processes and performance.Managing a team of two Health and Safety Advisors, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, enhancing operational performance, and supporting the continued growth of the business.Due to the immediate needs of the business, candidates available at short notice or with immediate availability are particularly encouraged to apply.The RoleThis is a hybrid position combining office, site and home working.
