If you enjoy being out on site and want to remain hands-on, there is scope for a more site-based position. Equally, for someone looking to transition into a management-focused role, there are hybrid and office-based options available.THE ROLEYou will take responsibility for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performance across a range of roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fire remediation projects throughout the UK.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviewsSupporting project teams with RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of workManaging quality assurance from pre-start through to project handoverInvestigating incidents, near misses and non-conformancesDelivering toolbox talks, SHEQ briefings and site coachingEnsuring compliance with CDM, HSE ..... full job details .....
