Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHEQ Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance across our operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our procedures align with current UK legislation and industry best practices, including relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001). Gain accreditation for ISO:14001. This is a national role, requiring regular site visits and collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a strong culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to prioritise SHEQ requirements across all project sites and ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and UK regulations. Risk Assessments: Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessments for our manufacturing facility and all project sites, in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
