SHEQ Manager (Maternity Cover)

High Wycombe and Bicester Full Time Monday-Friday Fixed-Term Contract We''re looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join Origin on a 12 month fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover within our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality function. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for keeping our SHEQ activity moving across our manufacturing and operational sites. You''ll work closely with managers, operational teams and senior leaders to maintain compliance, manage risk and ensure our established management systems and improvement programmes continue to deliver.It''s a varied role, so we''re looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly, build strong relationships and confidently take ownership. What you''ll be doingYou''ll take day-to-day responsibility for our SHEQ function, including:Leading and supporting the SHEQ team across our sitesMaintaining our Integrated Management System and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standardsManaging internal audits, supporting external certification audits and overseeing corrective actionsMonitoring SHEQ performance, identifying trends and providing clear reporting to senior managementSupporting operational risk assessments, COSHH, Safe Systems of Work and incident investigationsOverseeing key compliance programmes including statutory inspections, fire safety, emergency preparedness and Legionella controlManaging SHEQ training requirements and working with managers and HR to maintain competency and ..... full job details .....
