This is a senior management opportunity for a proactive individual with strong construction industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to positively influence teams, subcontractors and clients across all levels of the business. Based in the central belt with regular travel to sites across Scotland. Responsibilities Site SHEQ inspections across multiple projects. Maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems. Supporting certification and surveillance audits. Leading accident, incident and near-miss investigations. Managing occupational health and training records. Producing SHEQ documentation including CPPs and Fire Plans. Supporting tenders, PQQs and client compliance requirements. Promoting a positive SHEQ culture throughout the business.
