SHEQ Manager Guildford Circa 65,000 + Car/Car Allowance + BenefitsWe are working with a well-established Civil Engineering company who are seeking a dynamic SHEQ Manager to oversee company-wide adherence to legislation, support the development of integrated management systems, and promote a strong safety ethos through training, audits, and stakeholder engagement.The key responsibilities include:Developing, updating, and implementing HSQE policies, procedures, and manuals across the organisation.Conducting site visits, safety inspections, and compliance audits to identify and address hazards.Supporting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.Promoting safety awareness through training programmes and internal communication initiatives.The successful candidate will have:Proven experience in managing HSQE in a multi-site civil engineering or similar environment.Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.A relevant health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.For more information or to apply please contact or (phone number removed).Irwin and Colton are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, based in the South East of England we recruit across the UK.
