This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement SHEQ strategy within a progressive and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities of the SHEQ Manager:Develop and implement a new Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO and legal requirementsAct as the primary contact for external accreditations (ISO, SafeContractor, SMAS, CHAS, Constructionline, etc.)Lead and manage incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring effective corrective actionsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliancePrepare clear and concise management reports on SHEQ performance and compliance statusOversee internal and supplier audits, ensuring consistency and improvement across operationsSupport tender submissions with accurate SHEQ input and compliance documentationDesign and deliver SHEQ training, inductions, and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractorsWork closely with project teams to prepare RAMS and ensure CDM complianceLead initiatives to improve health and safetyAdvise senior management on legislative updates and best practice in SHEQ managementDefine, shape, and implement ..... full job details .....
