We''re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and rapidly growing company in the manufacturing sector, currently seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead and evolve their SHEQ function.Role OverviewThe SHEQ Manager will take full responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust SHEQ systems across the business. You''ll work closely with senior leaders, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance, promote a proactive safety culture, and continuously improve quality and environmental performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage SHEQ policies, procedures, and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to monitor performance and identify improvementsLead investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actionsDeliver training, toolbox talks, and guidance to promote a culture of health, safety, and quality awarenessLiaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and standardsChampion continuous improvement initiatives across SHEQ functionsRequirements:Proven experience in a SHEQ leadership role (preferably within manufacturing)NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent ..... full job details .....
