SHEQ Manager

A leading manufacturer in Telford is seeking a SHEQ Manager to drive performance across Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. This is a key leadership role, responsible for embedding a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and right-first-time quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide visible leadership across SHEQ standards, behaviours, and systems. Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, 8D, and PDCA tools. Champion a culture of zero harm and high-quality standards. Manage SHEQ policies, audits, risk assessments, and compliance (ISO45001, 14001, 50001). Resolve customer concerns swiftly, driving service and quality improvements. Monitor KPIs and implement actions to meet operational excellence targets. Requirements: Proven SHEQ leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable), and CI tools. NEBOSH Certificate preferred. Excellent communicator with the ability to engage at all levels. Hands-on, action-oriented, and committed to driving positive change.
