With a turnover of approximately 15 million and a headcount of 55 employees, they pride themselves on a high staff retention rate, underpinned by a strong team culture and a commitment to long-term careers.Due to ongoing growth and a desire to bring safety expertise in-house, they are now seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the safety, health, environment, and quality agenda across the business, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.Candidates with a subcontractor background will be at an advantage, as you''ll understand the challenges and dynamics of working closely with Tier 1 contractors in high-security and complex environments.
