Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety Develop and enforce HandS policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Promote a proactive safety culture through training and staff engagement. Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and maintain relevant certifications. Quality Assurance Manage and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards. Support production teams to ensure product quality meets all specifications. Lead internal quality audits and implement corrective/preventive actions. Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and drive improvements. Environmental Management Maintain ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management systems. Drive environmental sustainability, focusing on waste reduction and compliance.
