As a result of continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive SHEQ Manager to strengthen their team and support the successful delivery of construction, façade remediation and fire safety projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about driving high standards, influencing positive safety culture, and making a genuine impact across a diverse range of projects. The Role Reporting to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational teams, ensuring compliance with current legislation, industry best practice, and company management systems. Your responsibilities will include: Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across multiple projects. Monitoring SHEQ performance and implementing continual improvement initiatives. Supporting project teams to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance. Project Support and Compliance Reviewing and supporting the preparation of RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and associated project documentation.
