This is a key role offering the opportunity to influence safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and support high standards across a diverse UK-wide project portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee SHEQ activities across the business, combining site presence with strategic input. As SHEQ Manager you will: Work closely with site teams to promote best practice and strengthen safety behaviours Carry out audits, inspections and compliance assessments across projects Support and enhance integrated management systems and procedures Partner with operational and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement Leading or supporting incident investigations and ensuring effective follow-up actions Contributing to emergency planning and response readiness where required.
