To support this growth, they are creating new roles within their SHEQ team, including a SHEQ Coach to cover the South West region. The RoleAs SHEQ Coach, you ll be instrumental in embedding a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. You ll: Carry out site visits, internal audits, and inspections across the regionSupport ISO accreditations (45001, 50001, and more)Drive improvements in incident and near-miss reportingCoach and guide operational teams on SHEQ policies and processesLead on investigations and corrective actions to improve safety standards This is a role with real autonomy; you ll be out on-site, influencing change and making an impact every day.
