We''re looking for a proactive and passionate SHEQ Advisor to support our operational teams in delivering the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) across our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SHEQ professional who enjoys being out on site, building strong relationships, and making a real difference to how people work.As a SHEQ Advisor, you will provide expert support and guidance to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, client and company requirements. Working closely with operational teams and the SHEQ Lead, you will help drive a positive safety culture, promote continuous improvement, and provide assurance that our projects are delivered safely, responsibly and to the highest quality standards.The role will involve carrying out site audits and inspections, supporting incident investigations, reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of work, delivering inductions and toolbox talks, producing SHEQ reports, and supporting the ongoing development of management systems.
