Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a "Zero Harm" approachEnsure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirementsCarry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety toursComplete SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including incidents and KPIsSupport ISO audits and maintain SHEQ systems and documentationDeliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings to site teamsMonitor and analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and improvementsMaintain systems such as ECO-online and document control platformsEncourage reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidentsSupport and guide site teams and SHEQ coordinatorsAttend SHEQ meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat We''re Looking ForNEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)Experience within social housing, maintenance, or minor works projectsStrong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practicesExperience with audits, reporting, and compliance systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, organised, and able to work independentlyGood IT ..... full job details .....
