The SHEQ Advisor will work closely with operational teams delivering clean water and wastewater activities, including repairs and maintenance, mains replacement, lead replacement, reinstatement, smart metering and associated civils works. The SHEQ Advisor will play a key role in improving safety performance, strengthening compliance and supporting a strong behavioural safety culture across live sites and field-based operations. The SHEQ Advisor will need proven experience within construction, utilities or water frameworks, with the confidence to influence site teams and subcontractors in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities The SHEQ Advisor will: Provide day-to-day SHEQ advice and support to site teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
