SHEQ Advisor Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance, Bonus Scheme Pension Scheme, 28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) Join a Growing Renewable Energy Business Our client is a respected and rapidly expanding renewable energy contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to support the delivery of industry-leading health, safety, environmental and quality standards throughout the business. Working closely with the SHEQ Manager and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving processes and promoting best practice across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects. This is a predominantly field-based position, with regular site visits (typically 3-4 days per week) across the South East and 1-2 days based from the Eastbourne office. Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing management and continual improvement of the company''s SHEQ management systems. Review project health, safety and environmental documentation as part of the project approval process. Conduct specialist assessments where suitably qualified and competent, including: Fire Risk Assessments COSHH Assessments Environmental Assessments Lifting Operations Assessments Undertake desktop and compliance audits to ensure project teams maintain required standards and documentation.
