The Ideal Candidate   
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background and specific, non-negotiable qualifications. The successful applicant will:

• Hold a recognised NEBOSH qualification.
• Have extensive, demonstrable experience in a SHEQ role specifically within the construction sector.
• Possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Be a proactive and confident communicator, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, from on-site operatives to board members.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to compliance and reporting.

What We Offer
