SHEQ Advisor (construction)

You''ll be instrumental in managing all aspects of safety, health, environment, and quality across a diverse portfolio of major construction projects. You''ll work closely with site teams and senior management, providing expert advice, driving best practices, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background and specific, non-negotiable qualifications. The successful applicant will:
- Hold a recognised NEBOSH qualification.
- Have extensive, demonstrable experience in a SHEQ role specifically within the construction sector.
- Possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Be a proactive and confident communicator, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, from on-site operatives to board members.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to compliance and reporting.
