This is an essential role to help ensure that Bencurtis Park remains a welcoming, inclusive, positive and safe place where older people can continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as they wish and are able to. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to the Warden Team. Managing the Warden rota to ensure appropriate staffing cover. Coordinating daily resident contact, welfare checks and follow-up support. Supporting residents to live independently, including through support planning, risk assessments and liaison with health, care and community services. Taking a proactive role in safeguarding and family liaison. Working collaboratively with colleagues on housing management matters.
