This rewarding role supports older and vulnerable residents living within sheltered housing schemes, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life within a safe and secure environment.As a Sheltered Housing Support Officer, you will build positive relationships with residents, provide practical housing-related support, coordinate services, and work closely with colleagues, families and partner agencies to ensure residents receive the help they need.
