Sheltered Housing Support Assistant

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Support Assistant based in the Hessle, Hull area.

The main duties of the role are;

• Regular welfare checks with residents
• Health and safety checks on the building
• Logging any maintenance repairs
• Signposting to relevant services

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good IT skills
• Experience working in Housing
• An Enhanced DBS check from the last 12 months

This role is 30-hours per week.

This will be delivered over 5 days, Monday to Friday,between the hours of 9am till 5pm

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- -15.95ph PAYE- -20.53ph UMB
