Sheltered Housing Support Assistant

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Support Assistant based in the Hessle, Hull area. The main duties of the role are; Regular welfare checks with residents Health and safety checks on the building Logging any maintenance repairs Signposting to relevant services The ideal candidate will have: Good IT skills Experience working in Housing An Enhanced DBS check from the last 12 months This role is 30 hours per week.
