This role is 36-hours per week. This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, This is temp ongoing Pay rate- -15.95ph PAYE-20.61ph UMBRELLA YOU MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring safe environment for residents. Role Summary: 36 hours per week To provide housing management support in sheltered accommodation Working with older adults (Aged 55 +) Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
