You will support residents to sustain their tenancies, access appropriate services, and maintain a positive quality of life through a proactive and person-centred approach.This is a fully on-site role requiring attendance across sheltered housing schemes five days per week.What you will do as a Sheltered Housing Officer Deliver an enhanced tenancy and estate management service tailored to older and vulnerable residents Carry out regular scheme inspections to ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintained Coordinate with voids and property teams to support the rehousing process, including inspections, viewings, and tenancy sign-ups Support residents with tenancy sustainment, welfare benefits, and rent account management, taking early action to prevent arrears Identify and report tenancy breaches including antisocial behaviour, illegal occupation, and subletting Respond appropriately to emergencies while maintaining compliance with safeguarding and health and safety proceduresWhat you will need as a Sheltered Housing Officer Previous experience within housing management, supported housing, or a customer-facing ..... full job details .....
