Working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and partner agencies, you will play a key role in creating supportive and thriving communities within our sheltered housing schemes.About the RoleAs a Sheltered Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing support service to older, disabled and vulnerable residents across our sheltered housing schemes.You will build positive relationships with residents, carry out welfare checks, provide guidance on benefits and budgeting, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.The role involves working independently and requires a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out regular welfare visits and wellbeing checks with residents.Monitor and update resident information using Telecare and housing management ..... full job details .....
