About the Role
Based in Alcester, this full-time Sheetmetal Person (Late) position offers £16 hourly within a manufacturing setting. The late shift runs Monday to Wednesday 4.30pm until 2.30am, and Thursday 4.30pm to 1.30am. Duties include fabrication and metalwork using air and hand tools, spot-welding, plus machine and tooling set-up. The successful candidate will follow job cards, drawings and inspection plans, conducting in-process checks to ensure right-first-time output. Applicants need engineering or production experience, strong accuracy, problem-solving ability and reliability as a team member. The role:
Fabrication and sheet metal work using air tools, hand tools, spot-welding
Setting up machines & Tooling
Working to job cards, drawings and inspection plans
Carrying out in-process inspections and ensuring work is right first time
