This is a hands-on role within a well-established engineering environment, working on aerospace components where accuracy and consistency are key. You''ll be joining a clean, well-equipped workshop, working alongside an experienced team with a strong focus on doing the job properly.Job Purpose: To fabricate, assemble, finish and inspect sheet metal components in line with aerospace standards, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to specification.Duties and Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components.Interpret engineering drawings and follow technical specifications.Carry out abrading, deburring, drilling, dressing, inserting and riveting.Operate equipment including stretch formers, brake presses, guillotines and bandsaws.Work to SOPs, route cards and NADCAP standards.Maintain an organised, audit-ready work area.Accurately log work and maintain traceability.Identify and report non-conformities.Support continuous improvement and lean ..... full job details .....
