What You''ll Be Doing Manufacturing and installing ventilation systems, HVAC components, and internal fittings Working from engineering drawings Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and fitting sheet metal components Using a range of hand and power tools Producing high-quality work to exacting standards Troubleshooting issues on the job and ensuring installations are completed safely and correctly What We''re Looking For Modern Apprenticeship / Trade Papers (required for submissions) SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (required for submissions) Experience within Marine, Manufacturing, Construction, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering environments Ability to interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Commitment to safe working practices and quality standards Shift Patterns Available Days: Mon-Thu, 07:00-16:30 Nights: Mon-Thu, 20:30-06:00 Weekends: Fri-Sun, 07:00-19:30 Working in teams of 6-12, you''ll support upgrades, refurbishments, and new installations on complex engineering projects, delivering high-quality HVAC and sheet metal work.
