Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker - LutonSalary: 35,125- 40,394 DOE + 2,250 shift pay Location: London Luton Airport Contract: Permanent Shift: 5/5/4 night shift pattern, 19:00-07:00Line Up Aviation is recruiting experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Workers for permanent positions based at London Luton Airport.This role will involve carrying out aircraft sheet metal and structural repair work within a commercial aviation maintenance environment, working to approved technical data and maintaining the required standards of safety, quality and compliance.Key responsibilitiesCarry out aircraft sheet metal and structural repair workUndertake drilling, deburring, riveting, cutting, forming and general fabrication tasksManufacture and repair aircraft panels, structural components and associated partsRemove and install fasteners as requiredInterpret technical drawings, Structural Repair Manuals and aircraft maintenance dataComplete maintenance documentation accurately and to the required standardEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, Part 145 requirements and relevant safety standardsKey requirementsPrevious aircraft sheet metal work experienceProven base and/or line maintenance experience on commercial aircraftStrong practical sheet metal hand skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and maintenance dataRecognised apprenticeship, diploma or equivalent qualificationGood understanding of aviation safety, quality and compliance requirementsGood written and ..... full job details .....
