This is a hands on role within an engineering and manufacturing environment, with a focus on Press Brake operation, metalworking and general fabrication support. Full training is provided - so if you have some basic experience you''ll be absolutely fine. A bit of knowledge goes a long way! This is a temporary to permanent role working: Monday to Thursday: 8am-4:30pm Friday: 8am-1pm (early finish!) What you''ll be doing as the Semi Skilled Sheet Metal Worker *Operating Press Brake machinery as part of a team (training provided). *General warehouse duties including moving and organising materials. *Fettling and deburring metal components. *Operating saws and drilling machines safely and accurately. *Assisting in the fabrication workshop with day to day tasks. *Manual handling of products and materials. *Following Health & Safety procedures and keeping your work area clean and organised.
