Responsibilities Fabricate sheet metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications using hand tools and tooling. Perform grinding, welding, and assembly tasks to create finished components. Measure and mark materials accurately, applying basic maths principles to ensure precise cuts and fits. Operate machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Conduct quality inspections on fabricated parts, ensuring they meet required standards. Assist in the installation of sheet metal components on-site or within workshop settings. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly. Experience Proven experience in fabrication, welding, grinding, or related mechanical work is preferred. Familiarity with sheet metal processes and the use of hand tools is essential.
